The plastic sheet is made from 100% solid, recycled plastic (low-density polyethylene, LDPE), the same type of plastic we all sort and dispose of at recycling stations.
When it is no longer needed, it is 100% recyclable. It is easy to process using a standard circular saw, drill, or milling cutter.
The plastic sheet does not absorb moisture, water, or urine and provides excellent resistance to chemicals.
The LDPE sheet withstands temperatures from -40°C up to +70°C and is UV-resistant.
All these properties ensure an exceptionally long lifespan.

HDPE 2410x1200x20mm is a durable and versatile ground protection mat, developed to stabilize and protect surfaces ranging from soft and wet ground to uneven terrain. Manufactured from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it combines durability, performance, and environmental responsibility in one solution.
The mat is load-tested for up to 80 tonnes*, making it ideal for both heavy vehicles and machinery. With a total thickness of 20 mm (12+5+3), it provides an optimal balance between strength and flexibility, allowing it to conform to the ground and create a stable working surface.
The ground protection mat is designed for efficient handling in the field. Thanks to handholds at both ends and fixing holes in each corner, the mats can be easily moved and installed manually – without the need for cranes or specialized equipment.
The mat also features two different traction surfaces – one optimized for vehicles and one for pedestrians – enhancing safety on site. A wide range of connection options makes it easy to create continuous access roads, staging areas, or work platforms tailored to project requirements.
Manufactured from compression-molded high-performance thermoplastic, the mat is:
Resistant to chemicals and oils
UV-stabilized
Moisture-resistant and mold-proof
The standard color is grey/black, based on natural recycled material.
* The load capacity is ALWAYS dependent on the prevailing ground conditions and the material’s limitations. Use common sense.
